The Final Exchange-
Los Santos is celebrating a grand wedding.
The Governor’s son is getting married with Governor's security and at the same time Secretly, the US Army has delivered special weapons to the Los Santos Army. Only the Governor and top state officials know. Gang gets this information and planning to kidnap governor's Son before her wedding and after they kidnapped governor's son they demand to governor that they need those special weapons in the exchange of governor's Son, now Leo have to do a proper negotiation for governor's daughter life's and if they don't want to give those weapons they can fight after governor daughter got save.

Gang kidnaps the Governor’s daughter
Find a good location which is gonna be Grand Senora Desert Airport.

PHASE 3: Negotiation
Gang contacts the Governor
Demand:
“Bring the special weapons.
You get your daughter back.”
State agrees to negotiate to save her life
No fighting during negotiation calls
Rules:
Gang brings the daughter
State brings the weapons
Safe exchange happens first
Once the daughter is released and secured
state can scammed gang member and take fight for saving weapon
if Leo dead gang got the weapon they will win if gang member dead state successfully save the weapon they will win money will divide with winning team members.
