National Guard was the first organization I joined when I first arrived in the city. It gave me the opportunity to meet great people who helped strengthen my knowledge of State and City rules, allowed me to gain valuable experience, and provided the best environment to develop my leadership skills and sense of responsibility. I have always felt indebted to this organization, and I believe that being given the opportunity to lead it would be an honor and a significant milestone in my career.

I have the ability to transform the National Guard from an isolated base focused mainly on gate duty, ammunition runs, and city events into a fully structured military organization. The base will operate under a strict military regime that increases professionalism and dedication. New recruits will undergo rigorous BMT (Basic Military Training) designed to forge true warriors and disciplined soldiers of the State—fearless, prepared, and committed to serving and protecting.3.2. Zero Favoritism:
I will ensure that the National Guard remains an equal-opportunity organization for all recruits. No favoritism, discrimination, or personal relationships will interfere with leadership or decision-making. We will strictly adhere to the rules established by our Senators (Curators), fostering a respectful and secure environment where individuals compete fairly, build their careers on merit, and earn positions they truly deserve. A solid ranking system will be implemented, ensuring that only those qualified and deserving hold positions of authority.3.2.1. Zero Tolerance:
The organization will tolerate no violations of City rules. I strongly believe in comprehensive training that equips recruits with all necessary knowledge and awareness. In coordination with Commissioned Officers and High Command, we will enforce strict adherence to the law and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and respect, particularly toward civilians and other organizations. A firm disciplinary system will be in place, allowing no negligence in the execution of our duties as protectors of the State.3.3. Organizational Structure:
3.3.1. My organization will be structured with the following internal departments:I. Bureau of Recruitment:
This division will be responsible for recruiting civilians through a strict questionnaire and structured interviews, allowing only candidates with solid knowledge to pass. Training will be conducted in two phases:
* Phase One: Classroom instruction covering rules and military protocols.
* Phase Two: Practical training involving military procedures, shooting, and driving drills.
Only after successfully completing both phases will a recruit earn their first rank as a National Guard soldier.
II. Bureau of Investigation and Defense:
Also known as the Military Police, this elite division will consist of highly knowledgeable personnel skilled in paperwork and investigation. Their role will be to ensure all departments operate smoothly, while actively combating corruption and illegal activity within the organization.
III. 3rd Regiment of Quick Reaction (ROQ):
An elite National Guard division composed of soldiers who have endured extreme training that only the best can complete. These soldiers operate without hesitation, ready to strike and respond rapidly in the most critical and dangerous situations.
IV. Royal Regiment of Pilots (RRP):
The Air Force division of the National Guard, known for its highly skilled pilots capable of operating various aircraft with exceptional proficiency. This unit is responsible for reconnaissance and providing aerial support to National Guard forces and allied organizations as required.
V. Bureau of Social Service:
This division handles public relations and law enforcement–civilian interaction, ranging from hosting public events to providing social assistance.
