Dear Support Team,

I am writing to formally appeal the ban placed on my account.

According to the ban message, the reason listed is Ban evasion (Account 96763). I would like to clearly state that this does not make sense in my situation. I completely started over and did not attempt to evade any ban.

The only thing I wanted to do was start fresh with the game. I did this in a fully legal and legitimate way by purchasing GTA again on a new account. I did not reuse any old progress, advantages, or engage in any prohibited behavior.

You can verify this by checking my logs:

  • I started from zero
  • I played normally
  • I even purchased Grand Coins, meaning I spent real money on this account in good faith
Because of this ban, I am now losing money for no valid reason, despite doing everything correctly and legally. I genuinely do not understand how this can be considered ban evasion when I simply bought the game again to make a clean restart.

I kindly ask you to review my account activity and logs once more and reconsider this decision. I believe this ban is a mistake and unfairly penalizes me for trying to enjoy the game again in an honest way.

Btw got blocked on discord too by jonny odds for asking to deblock my discord account that got banned on the main grand rp discord 3 years ago.

Theres no such thing as "starting over". You as a person are blacklisted and wont play anymore on our server. Simple. It does not matter if you purchase GTA again. Chatgpt appeal also wont be reviewed.
