I am submitting this complaint due to an issue with the duration of my ban.
Initially, I received a 60 day ban for GR1.3 . I accepted this punishment and understood the reason for it. However, when I later attempted to log into the game, I found that my account was blocked with 9998 days remaining
I was not informed of any permanent or extended ban, and I did not commit any additional violations after the initial punishment. For this reason, I believe the 9998 day ban may been applied by mistake i just want to know the reason cause i dont really know the reason
I respectfully request a review of this punishment and clarification regarding why the ban duration changed from 60 days to 9998 days.
