2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Most of my time in RP has been spent in gangs. I’ve been a Deputy in Vagos and Ballas before, so I already know how to manage people and handle the pressure. I even spent some time as a LT. General in the National Guard (NG), so I know how the "legal side" works too. This helps me lead better because I know how the police think and how to stay one step ahead of them.
Ballas is iconic, but lately, it feels like the gang just falls apart or goes quiet after a few weeks. I don't want to just be a leader for the title I want to actually make the gang strong. I have a group of friends and loyal players ready to join me on day one. We want to make sure Ballas is the most active and respected gang in the city, not just a group that sits in HQ.
I’m not a "boss" who just screams at people. I like to get in the car with the boys, show the newer guys how to rob properly, and help them get better at RP. I want to build a gang where if you work hard and stay loyal, you actually move up the ranks. I’ll give everyone a fair shot to show what they can do.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I’m going to choose Deputies who are chill and mature. I don’t want people who start drama or get mad over a game. My High Command will have actual jobs to make sure everyone is staying active and following the rules.
I want our gang to be active 24/7. We’re going to be out there robbing, patrolling, and making sure everyone knows the "Purple" side of town is dangerous. If you come to the ghetto, you’re going to see Ballas everywhere.
A lot of people just start shooting without saying a word, and that’s boring. I’m going to teach my guys to actually RP talk to people during robberies, make demands, and act like a real criminal organization. It makes the game more fun for everyone.
