Dear Server Team,
I would like to sincerely apologize for my behavior that led to my ban. I am aware that by using the N-word, I made an absolutely inappropriate and discriminatory statement. It was disrespectful, hurtful, and clearly violates the server rules as well as the basic principles of mutual respect.
I have since reflected on my actions and have come to understand how wrong and hurtful such words are – regardless of the context in which they are used. Racism has no place – not in roleplay and nowhere else – and I am ashamed that I contributed to setting a negative example.
I sincerely apologize for my actions – to the player involved and to everyone who may have felt attacked or disappointed by my behavior. I promise that this will never happen again, and I will act with more respect and consideration in the future.
I would be very grateful for a second chance to show that I have learned from this mistake and can be a respectful member of the community.
