First of all, the demands should be considered UB Demands. He wasn’t holding any weapon or aiming at me, he just said “leave the area” and then started shooting. Any random person can’t just say that "Leave the Area" without having anything to scare. He was alone at first then later called his friends. Two of them started shooting without giving any demands, which is clear RDM (G.R. 6.15).
If that is even considered a demand, there was only one person involved in the situation at that time and he was the one who shot me. The other individuals were not present when the situation started, they arrived later and were not part of it. Despite that, they still began shooting at me without being directly involved in what was happening.
After I became unconscious, he kept calling me “madarch*d” again and again in almost every line. This word directly abuses someone’s mother. Using it once maybe can be called slang, but repeating it continuously and directly calling a player with it is straight up abuse. This wasn’t normal talk it was intentional verbal harassment. When a word like this is used repeatedly, it can’t be justified as slang and should be treated as a clear rulebreak.

For Reference:
A similar punishment has already been issued in a similar case and the appeal was rejected by Chief Administrator Pablo Schmidt, confirming that the punishment was correct:

and for Demands and RDM:
An ATM robbery was ongoing, and the victim was present at the location with a gun and armor You arrived and stopped the robbery directly without doing any proper roleplay, such as neutralizing or interacting with the victim first. This is a clear case of Fail RP .
Regarding the use of the word “madarchod,” it is being used repeatedly as a slang word. If someone keeps using the same slang multiple times, it falls under toxicity, not GR 3.2.
