I had this guy bounty. Initially he was at hotel(GZ) so I called LSPD so that I can drag him outside the GZ but he keeps coming back to GZ. First he came back to GZ at 1:25. then he went to another GZ at 3:35. Then he went to GZ at 5:10 and then at last he went to GZ at 7:17. He keeps hopping from one GZ to another.
