Hello Lebron, a little less than two days ago the examination for the FIB leader position took place. During that examination, I was recorded as having 2 mistakes, while the current leader had 0.5. However, I believe that this number is not realistic, because in my opinion I had at most 1–2 mistakes, but some of my answers were incorrectly counted as full mistakes, which resulted in a total of 2.5 being recorded for me.

I would also like to emphasize that I believe the current leader should not have been invited to the interview, considering that he had already previously held a leader position. As far as I am aware, other players who applied were rejected precisely for that reason—because they had already been leaders—while in this case the current leader, Puki, despite also having been a leader before, was still invited to the examination. I believe that there was an inconsistent application of the criteria in this part, and that this should have been taken into account when making the final decision.

I have already submitted a complaint and it was accepted, but only the administrator was punished for making an unfair decision, while the leader remained the same. I believe that I was wronged in this situation, because if his mistake could be corrected, then why was it not corrected? Many people had the same case before, followed the same procedure as I did, and they received the leader position, along with the administrator being punished. I do not know what happened in this case. I do not want to spread hatred, but if there was a mistake, I would like it to be corrected.
