I would love to know how this is GR 6.4? His POV starts when he is already in cuffs (I detained him because he said "i am following u and taking pictures") i then let him go and even showed my ID. how am i being punished for something that is half of a situation and not even IC corruption nevermind OOC

This was never even reviewed by LSPD's curators, I was in beach market looking for people wearing illegal items.. i literally let him go and showed my ID to him.

I Would also like to know how the admin came to the conclusion of GR 6.4 from a video of me detaining, searching, letting go and showing my ID? to me this makes literally no sense

Also according to IC State laws i do not need to show my ID unless i have had a "Qualified interaction" with the person requesting my ID. Hence why i only showed him once i had detained him.
