I want to be a leader in the National Guards because I believe discipline responsibility and teamwork are the core of this organization and I have the mindset to represent these values correctly.

(2.2) Second reason is roleplay quality as a leader I can help maintain realism order and military hierarchy which directly improves the roleplay experience.

(2.3) Third reason is helping others I want to support new members teach them rules tactics and help them improve both in roleplay and teamwork.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

To improve the roleplay level in the National Guards I believe discipline communication and realism are essential.

(3.1) Regular trainings briefings and patrol roleplays should be organized to keep members active and in character.

(3.2) Clear hierarchy and chain of command should always be respected to maintain military realism.

(3.3) Lastly leaders should guide members with constructive criticism instead of punishment to build a stronger roleplay environment.
