Frank was born in New York and was adopted at a young age. During his Childhood he would always get in trouble and hanging out with the wrong crowd. He met somebody name Dean Frank that one of his buddies introduced him too. Dean was known for selling guns and later pushing big stuff like drugs, engine blockers, and people scanners. Frank didn't come from money so he saw it as a opportunity to change his life and become rich fast. Dean loved that frank was a quick learner and fell in love with selling Drugs and Guns together. Frank was Deans main man for moving guns, drugs and illegal items because Frank stayed out of sight and had a clean record. FIB were trying to track down Dean for years and to figure out how he's been moving his product so fast and lots of it. They didn't know Frank was right hand man that was moving the product. Dean one day got caught and serving some prison time but would be out soon, he advised Frank via a hand written letter he was getting a lot of heat on him and thought of plan for Frank to go behind the lines and become a law enforcement so he couldn't get caught again. Frank agreed to spend the next year going through conditioning and training to become a police officer so he could feed information to his family dean created.
Career Story:
Frank moved from the criminal lifestyle and decided to join SAHP. He did 1 term to get the ropes of law enforcement and to have street knowledge of outside the city. He enjoyed it but didn't see SAHP as a opportunity to grow more and fast so he then applied for LSPD. Frank went to LSPD and really enjoyed all the knowledge he was taught. He moved up the ranks fast. He got all the way up to Staff Sergeant which he currently is now. A few years go by and he hasn't heard from Dean at all. Frank started really enjoying the law enforcement life that he was scared Dean would come back asking for him to return his old ways. Frank made a bunch of friends in LSPD for the 3 terms his done. Then one day he got a call to a old spot that he used to meet up with to do illegal activities and there was Dean. Luckily Frank was patrolling by himself. Dean asked if Frank was ready to continue making loads of money, gathering info for dean and selling. Frank refused and Dean felt betrayed and told Frank if he doesn't help him like he promised too, that Dean will go to the FIB and Black mail him. Frank agreed to help him and the family whenever they needed it.
