2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) LSPD is not only an organization of Law Enforcement, it is a Organization of grass roots. Many names in the Law Enforcement field have developed their skills in LSPD, me personally i have learned a lot from previous leaders and deputy, and now...it is my turn to give back...it is my turn to show others the path to this faction.
2) The reason why i also want to be in LSPD is because i want to lead an organization where there we are not the highest in chain of command but we do contribute to many LEO missions that we will prevail in, LPSD is the Perfect organization for this because i have a lot of connections with leaders of the organization and i can help with leading Law enforcement when other higher up agencies are not present.
3) I want to create friendship between the law enforcement organizations and create coordination, and the reason why i chose LSPD is because their main jurisdiction is in the city, bringing the most chaos. so with that, during leader meetings i can ask for help from other organizations and also build inter-organization trust between leaders and deputies

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To imporve roleplay Level in an organization level it is important to understand that it is more realistic for a PD (Police Department) to work in a group. If we are responding alone to a lot of situations it wont be a solution to improve roleplay. but if we respond as a Pack, if S.W.A.T Responds as a Pack...if our Special Task Force units responds in a Pack. It is only THEN that law enforcement will be able to show that they are able to coordinate between themselfs and show more realism while doing roleplay
another thing i would do is perform more Ghetto Patrols, hire units to help other organizations like FIB collect evidenses and constantly keep learing about how to be a Good LEO.
