I got a warning for killing in the ghetto. As you can see in the link, it got approved for RDM in city even tho it was ghetto. The ghetto is kill on sight.

I see now. I completely forgot about that. We heard gunshots from that direction so we went over, saw him so we killed him. Technically an RP reason as we thought he killed the other guys.
