Dear Grand RP Moderation Team,
I would like to provide an important clarification regarding the rejection of my unban request, as there appears to be a misunderstanding concerning the Social Club account linkage.
My account Faris Monkeyclapper (ID 239333) was originally created properly using my original Rockstar Social Club account.However, after switching to a new PC, I lost access to that original Social Club account. Because I was aware that using a new Social Club account could potentially cause issues, I contacted the technical support in advance by creating a post in the technical support forum to clarify the situation correctly and in accordance with the rules.
This case was reviewed and approved by the technical support, and I was explicitly allowed to continue playing with a new Social Club account.
Confirmation of the approved technical support case:
Therfore, the current Social Club account differs not due to a rule violation, but solely because of a previously approved and documented technical support case.
For this reason, the rejection reason stating that the account was not created with the proven Social Club account does not apply in this case.I kindly ask you to review my case again, taking this clarification and the approved technical support ticket into consideration.
