Leader of SAHP
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- The reason beacuse of which i want to be the leader of SAHP is beacuse i have lots of past experience in this org and i have spent my most of the time in the
SAHP headquaters and i have seen the highs and lows of sahp and it is too close to my heart as i have seen many times new SAHP members who join the org
they are pretty much lost on how to get started and how to do the work in SAHP this is main thing i want to improve the training staff works cause at the beggining
of my first SAHP experience i spent three days in headquaters till i got the traning so i want to improve it in my own ways and iam very passionate for SAHP.
- Another reason beacuse of which i want to be the leader of sahp is as i have seen a lot of times when sahp is not active and it is mostly not preffered by people to join
so i want to be a leader and make it active as much as i can we will go to every event (locals or globals) and be the most active org so it becomes loved by the people and serves everyone well.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Making the org more active builing good relations with fellow colleges and being active
2) LEOS (Law Enforcement Officers) to be very very proffessional and give insurences or do patrolling in proper ways
3) Logs should be very necessary and everyone should fill it. It should be compalsary and of one gets caught not filling the logs for too many days or being disrespectful
toward the norms of SAHP one should be demoted, suspended or fired ( based on circumstances ).
4) last but not the least one should be very dedicated towards SAHP if he joins and choses the path of being a leo and serving the ppl he or she should never indulge in
any illegal activites and should conduct a respectful and mannerfull behaviour towards fellow members and civilians.
