2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I have good memories with SAHP and have gained enough knowledge and experience to run this org on my own after working for two terms of Sunil and Haris as Under Sheriff (2x).
2.2 Because of my knowledge and experience, I would like to be the Sheriff of SAHP. Since I was able to lead GOV & SANG to a successful term under my leadership with few punishments , I do think I have what it takes to be the leader.
2.3 I want to improve the organization. Instead of enjoying myself, I want people to enjoy themselves so that my legacy can live on and my term can be remembered.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will also organize PR events to create a fun and engaging environment for our employees.
3.2 I will make sure that everyone receives their bonuses on time, which will help in creating an engaged environment among the Agents and allow them to perform their duties on time
3.3 The main challenge is the night shift; I will hire individuals for that shift and ensure that the we are active at Night. SAHP is actively involved in night events such as Bank Protection, ACC, Subs, Gang Raid , Black Market Raid and so on.
3.4 I promise to serve an active term that will provide continuous support to the state organizations, developing a good relationship with each state organization present.
3.5 I will ensure that promotions are only given to hardworking and deserving Officers.
