2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
First of all, I would like to thank you all for tuning in to my speech. I am applying to be the new leader of the Ballas, and I do believe that strong leadership is forged from unity, structure, and a positive sense of direction toward the future. Some of my previous achievements in this community have shown that I have shown a lot of commitment, consistency, and respect toward the members of this community, building me some trust to a certain degree for you all to back me up as the leader of one of the gangs that I have the most respect for.
Moving on, as the new leader of the Ballas, I would like my main focus to be on formation and organization of the members that I receive. I want to make it known that for the members that I receive, I would like to build every single one of my members up so that they all know exactly what their position is under our organization, and that they possess the necessary skills to communicate, as well as showcase self-discipline and confidence in their ability to serve the Ballas in representing our organization. To me, when I think of leadership, I think of guiding my people toward future success, not throwing them in a risky situation and saying, good luck.
Additionally, I want to see some improvements in the members' ability to coordinate, plan, and meet the internal standards that I set for all of my members. I believe that if I set some standards that can be achieved, and promote some teamwork, that the group can be able to function in a positive manner, as well as not have any situations in which they are not able to meet my standards.
Leadership is a virtue that I hold to my heart, and I would like to see some professionalism in the roleplay situations. Fair leadership is high on my list, and I wish to not be the one that people are whispering and complaining that in situations of complete chaos, the leader would disappear.
With the hard work that I believe I can achieve, I want to make the Ballas a strong, respected, and organized community, while I continue to have a great time roleplaying within the society that I will be building. I feel that I have a lot of dedication, and I am ready to take full responsibility and accountability in making this a community that I am proud to support and help to lead. I want to thank you all once again for the opportunity to present my vision to you.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The Ballas can expect structure, sustained commitment, and future planning with me assuming the leadership position. Organization is the main improvement to make: well defined hierarchy, positions, and training modules; so that each and every member is aware what is expected of them, and what their paths for growth are. For this, I will be promoting more meaningful scenes rather than more scenes overall. I will be prioritizing development of characters, and have them engage in well prepared conversations and with meaningful actions that have defined in game consequences. I will be selecting recruits based upon their age and level of maturity, their experience with gaming and role playing servers, and their creativity. My leadership style focus will be creating community, with frequent out of game drama resolving, meetings, feedback, and community building to streamline in game difficulties we have. I will also be enhancing role playing as an entire gang with organized and planned out story lines that involve and entertain the rivals, partners, and other different groups in the overall story being created. I will be focusing on developing and implementing activities that yield reasonable effort for the economy, with equitable, and easily trackable actions. I will be prioritizing discipline, and professionalism for the overall environment; and will retain a fun and relaxed atmosphere for all members and the Ballas in general. I will be the first to participate, and I will be the first to document activities. My aim is to elevate the role playing experience for all with a well respected, and feared, group with well developed story lines.
