I have a clear understanding of roleplay rules and realistic street roleplay dynamics. My main priority is to maintain high-quality, rule-compliant gang roleplay while strictly avoiding fail RP and any rule violations.

I would improve roleplay quality by enforcing strict internal discipline, organizing regular trainings, and encouraging realistic character development. Clear communication, consistency, and respect for roleplay rules would be my main priorities.

I am currently serving as a police officer in-game. If my application is approved, I will officially resign from the police force and fully dedicate myself to the role of Blood Street Gang leader, ensuring there is no conflict of interest.
