Hi Dear Admins I received a Punishment from RDM in this forum, but I went there to steal the car. I killed the cars owner, but when I tried to interact with the car, it told me you dont have a lockpick set. I immediately went to the post office, bought two lock pick sets, then went to the car and stole it.
My goal here was to kill the man and steal his car, and I achieved my goal. Theres only one minute between killing the cars owner and stealing the car.
