When I logged into the game today, I saw that I had been banned on 31/07/2025.

Due to my real life problems and the need to devote time to university exam, I hadnt logged into this game for a very long time. I dont remember exactly, but I stopped playing around February-March. I only logged in very rarely to chat with my friends (you can check the logs). I learned that I was banned due to exchanging real money for game currency. When I returned, my friends told me that most family members had been banned.

Before leaving the game for a long time, I gave my money to my family to support them, as I had spent time with them and formed beautiful bonds.
I was told that I could deposit my money into the family account, that this did not carry any risk of being prohibited, and that the family leaders would use the money I deposited for family matters when necessary.
