Hello Grand RP DE03 Administration Team,



I am submitting a formal appeal against my permanent ban (perma exclusion) from Grand RP DE03, which I received from Mr. Tom Jackson.



First of all, I want to clearly take responsibility for my part: During the PC check I did not take the situation seriously, I trolled, and I made a disrespectful comment toward Adam Byers. That was wrong and unnecessary. I sincerely apologize to Adam Byers and to the entire staff team, also for wasting your time.





However, I respectfully want to explain why I do not agree with a permanent ban in this case. From my perspective, the situation did not escalate because of me alone. During the PC check there were also provocations and insults from the administrative side, including statements like “Parker’s unter Eier” and being called a “Möchtegern” (“wannabe”). I am not writing this to attack anyone or to shift all blame, only to provide the full context that contributed to the escalation.





Additionally, there is a POV recording that documents the situation and the administrative statement(s). I am happy to present/show this POV in a personal conversation with the responsible administration, so the full situation can be reviewed fairly and objectively.





One day before the incident, I also told Mica Rivera that I don’t get along with Adam Byers, because there had been previous issues/tension. I understand this is not an excuse for my behavior in the PC check, I should have stayed calm, respectful, and cooperative. I didn’t, and I acknowledge that.





I accept that a punishment is justified, but I respectfully ask you to reconsider the permanent ban and, if possible, replace it with a more proportionate sanction.


If I am given a second chance, I will:

• Fully cooperate in a new PC check, without trolling or arguing,
• Allow a complete PC inspection as required,
• Follow all staff instructions seriously and maintain rule-compliant and respectful behavior at all times.
