Life Story:

The birth of Prabal Nicth in Agra, a city well-known for its world-famous monuments but also a local center of influence and power behind tradition and authority, was a catalyst that left an indelible mark on his future. With Prabal's experiences with how rules were not applied equally, depending on your status, he learned from a young age the privileges some had access to and the consequences others faced as a result of the status you occupied.

The manner in which Prabal dealt with the information he received as a child was atypical. While he didn't speak much, Prabal listened to everything, processed what he had listened to and remembered it all. While others reacted to emotional situations, Prabal learned how to reason and remain calm and level-headed even when under pressure. While Prabal's tendency to overthink each and every thing can create hesitation and a tendency to be cautious, his ability to weigh all possibilities creates an opportunity to make very calculated decisions. Prabal learned that silence can provide protection and patience will enable you to outlast even the forceful, and he learned that the value of trust is extremely limited and once trust is betrayed, it cannot be entirely restored.

While he was growing up, and as he developed his "charm", Prabal displayed a level of "subtle charm" which, while often not loud, or in any way overwhelming, was able to encourage those around him to let their guard down, sometimes resulting in them revealing more than they had intended. From the narrow streets to the bureaucratic offices where the decision-making process happened, Prabal learned from a very young age a very important lesson – the power of a decision is never announced, it is always watching and waiting and will act when the desired outcome is clearly defined and being able to accomplish it is confirmed. Therefore, Prabal had already decided before he reached adulthood that he would not fight against the "system", that he would learn and adapt to it before using it to accomplish his goals.


Career Story: Prabal Nicth had a strong reputation and academic credentials before his appointment to the GOV. He was very disciplined and followed the GOV procedures closely for strategic reasons, not for loyalty. Many people would prove themselves through action, but Prabal preferred instead to prove himself by consistently being dependable. There were many senior GOV officers who thought of Prabal as someone who was reliable, calm when under pressure, and not likely to create problems.

Prabal spent a lot of time studying and observing the workings of the GOV. He became aware of the way that influence was created, how a case could be stopped, the way that information flowed, and sometimes the value of having silence as opposed to having evidence. However, Prabal didn't rush to take advantage of this information. Instead, he meticulously memorized the GOV organizational structure, all of the loopholes, and the people who take advantage of the system without being detected.

As time went on, Prabal started providing solutions to all the problems that no one ever seemed to talk about. He understood when it was necessary to hold off on producing reports, to "lose" a report, and to step in to intervene before things became out of control. Prabal's over-analyzing of every situation in which he found himself served as his best defense mechanism; he carefully weighed the risks associated with every move he made. In public, Prabal maintained a professional, clean appearance. However, in private, he began to build his influence with respect to being a person that had no particular rank within the GOV, but instead had the influence of having secrets and useful favors. Prabal does not see himself as being corrupt. Instead, he sees himself as being very effective. To Prabal, the GOV represents not the enforcement of morality but the management of outcomes.


Outcomes :

1. Prabal can take Bribe up to $100,000 or ask for guns/ammo/illegal items as Bribe ( Cannot force for weapons/items cannot take Bribe to become hostage)
2. Prabal can lie about a lawyer and no need to tell him/her rights.
3. Prabal can refuse to show his ID to protect his identity and maintain privacy.
4. Prabal can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping(escaping from the prison (darknet task or using USB)
5. Prabal can search Law Enforcement and suspects for their bodycams and destroy them by smashing them on the ground (/try to find the bodycam – 2x per situation – and /do to destroy it).
6. Prabal can use truth serum to get people to tell the truth. (Using /try max of 2 times each person per situation)
7. Prabal can sell information to individual or Criminal org ( Bribe up to $100k )
8. Prabal can torture and interrogate people to get information on gangs.
9. Prabal can break State Laws while on or off duty, just not against (LEOs and never breaking server rules.)
10. Prabal Can take part in family activities like ghetto clapping, pickpocket and rob people and be Biased towards family and friends. (Ghetto Clapping will be Off Duty) (Following GR 6.16, SR5.5 and GH 1.8).

Outcome 1: Bribe or illegal items (cant force for both)
Outcome 5: Can search 10-15s for their bodycam with IC reason only by using /try to find the bodycam max twice per situation, and then /do to destroy it
Outcome 6: By using /Try max twice per situation (Per situation)
Outcome 7: Following Meta Gaming rule
Outcome 8: With proper RP and when situation is fit only following the server rules
Outcome 10: Can take part in family activities like ghetto clapping, pickpocket and rob people and Must follow GR 6.3, GR 6.16, GH 1.8 and SR 5.5
