Hello,
My current account was banned for violating rule GR 1.6. However, my account has never violated the 1.6 rule at any time in the past. When I tried to log into my account after a long break, I saw that it was locked due to security reasons. I informed the admins about this, and with their guidance, I opened a forum thread.
My account was thoroughly investigated. After the investigation, it was confirmed that someone had accessed my account without my knowledge — meaning my account was hacked. The person who hacked my account had also accessed around 9–10 different accounts, some of which belonged to my former family members and some to people I don’t even know. After all checks were completed, my account was unlocked.
Today, around 4–5 days after I started playing again, my account was banned under the claim that the 1.6 rule was violated. I was told that the person who accessed my account had previously violated rule 1.6 on his own account, and because he logged into my account as well, my account was banned for 1.6 too — and on top of that, I was accused of knowing about this.
Yes, according to rule GR 1.2, I am fully responsible for my account. However, my account has never been used to violate rule 1.6 in any way.
The rule violation was committed long ago on someone else’s account, not mine.
I contacted the person who hacked my account — who turned out to be one of my former family members — and spoke with him. He admitted that he accessed my account without my knowledge. The admins had already confirmed this during their original investigation; otherwise, my account wouldn’t have been reopened in the first place. My account passed the security investigation and was unlocked — if there had been an issue during that time, it would have been banned immediately.
Not only my account, but around 9–10 other accounts were accessed as well. I don’t even know most of those people in-game. As Serhio Creed, I would like to remind you that I have never had a second account in this game. I have been playing with only one account for many years, it has been checked multiple times by admins, and I have never violated any rules.
In the past, 350 million was stolen from the family bank because another family member’s account was hacked. Since I was responsible for the family bank, I respected the rules and accepted the consequences. I didn’t complain.
But now, being punished because someone violated 1.6 on his own account months ago, and later hacked my account, is truly heartbreaking.
I didn’t even create a second account — even though it's allowed — just to avoid any misunderstandings. For many years, I have tried to support this game in every possible way. Throughout the time I played, I participated in events and always supported the game. And now, I am being accused of making real-life money through the game, even though I purchased GC two days ago.
Being accused of earning real money while I am literally spending money on the game is very sad and discouraging.
To sum up My account was hacked months ago and someone who previously violated GR1.6 logged into my account without my knowledge. My account itself has never violated rule 1.6. I was banned only because the hacker had a past 1.6 violation on his own account, not mine. I am asking for a detailed re-check, because I am being punished for something that never happened on my account.
I have full trust in the Grand RP rules and the respected administration.
