2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- Since the FIB is the backbone of Law Enforcement; Excellency, Professionalism, and Organization should be every agent's code, within the Bureau. I believe only people with certain skill sets and assets should be able to be part of this organization and professionally represent it. This would allow other orgs to look upon the FIB with respect, as well as motivate them to act the same way, or perhaps affiliate themselves with the organization. I would also like to focus on Gang, Family, and Black Market raids and attempt to host them daily or weekly.

- I have been in the FIB numerous times, for an approximate period of 8 months, under various directors where I held a High Command position. This has allowed me to properly comprehend how the organization functions, as an elite and professional legal organization. Furthermore, I was also commanding the agents alongside the Director(s) during my stay, which, in return, allowed me to provide the department with highly-efficient and effective tactics; that assisted the divisions with Intel Gathering, as well as Special Operations Strategies.

- I have also previously led the FIB in this city successfully and have managed to complete a full term without any outstanding issues. I have also led numerous other Legal orgs in other cities for a long period of time. I believe I have the necessary skills and knowledge about this particular organization that would allow me to lead it flawlessly. I would also like to bring the leaders of other orgs together; allowing us all to work in a respectful, strong environment, against the criminals in the city.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advice to improve the level and criteria of RP within the organization is to introduce a more strict, thorough, and rule-based training phase that would bring forth agents that excel and respect Roleplaying scenarios. Additionally, continuous evaluation of all affiliated employees within a set period of time would enhance their efficiency and knowledge. I would also like to handle all matters ICly, rather than taking it OOCly. Any player could contact me or the assigned Highcommands to sort out any issues that arise.
