Hello Admin ,
I hope you are doing well.
I want to respectfully explain my situation regarding the GR 1.7 punishment that I received. I truly want to say from my heart that I did not break this rule at all.
What actually happened was that I was trading with another player. The deal was Luminous Trousers + 250k, and in return I was supposed to give a Monowheel. At the last second, that player not put the item from the trade, and unfortunately I confirmed it without realizing it. That player scammed me, which was completely unfair and not my fault.
After scamming me, the player relogged or entered a code and ran away. Sadly, I did not have POV at that moment. I tried to save an instant replay, but I had just updated my graphics driver, because of which my instant replay was turned off.
I want to clearly say that I did not break any rules here. I was the victim of a scam. Right after this incident, I personally informed an admin about what happened. Admin Moe Pluxury came to me, and I explained the entire situation honestly. When he asked for POV, I told him the truth that I didn’t have it.
I also told him one thing from my heart:
If I had done something wrong, why would I go to the admin myself?
Please think about it, Admin. If I had intentionally broken rules, I would never report the situation myself.
Despite this, I was given a 2-month ban, and I am truly devastated by this decision.
I have spent more than 1600+ hours on this server. I truly love this server. I even bought the original GTA V copy only to play on this server. On top of that, I lost 30 million in this scam, and now I am also banned. If I remain banned, all my hard work and dedication will be completely destroyed.
I am honestly not happy or satisfied with this punishment because I am innocent. I never broke any rules intentionally.
Please Admin, I am requesting you from my heart — try to understand my situation.
I have worked very hard on this server, and I don’t want everything to end like this.
Please give me a chance and unban me.
I promise I will be extra careful in the future and follow every rule strictly.
