I would like to express my sincere respect for your continuous efforts to keep the game fair and enjoyable for everyone.
I am writing to report Administrator Devain Satoru, who rejected my initial report in this forum thread: Rejected - Violation of SR 1.10 + Non-RP+POV Request | ID 108755
The reason given for the rejection was an "incorrect title." I have since resubmitted the report with the corrected format at 11:08 PM, yet it has remained unreviewed for over 24 hours. Here is the link to the pending report: Pending review - [UR] SR 1.10 +SR 5.10 + POV Request | 108755.
What concerns me deeply is that a player approached me asking me to withdraw the report because the reported person is his "best friend." This interaction happened exactly when my report was rejected, as shown in this video:

I have contacted several administrators to request a review. The last one promised to check it since noon, but no action has been taken. This delay makes me wonder if my report is being intentionally ignored due to personal connections.
To demonstrate my respect for the rules: I was previously banned for 30 days on Server 1 in a similar incident because I couldn't provide a POV when requested by a police officer. I accepted that punishment without objection because I respect the administration's laws. I find it strange that the previous case was handled instantly, while my current report is being ignored. I kindly ask for a fair review of this situation.

I am requesting a POV of this incident to verify if this player is a member of a State Organization. He was not wearing any police uniform and killed me during a store robbery without any prior interaction. Furthermore, he spoke OOC by asking for 'loot' after killing me. If he is a police...
