2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have been in the city for a very long time and during that period, I gained huge experience by participating in criminal activities across various gangs. However, I have never had the opportunity to lead a gang myself. Thats why I am eager and interested to take on the challenge of leading Vagos to demonstrate my leadership skills and contribute to the server.
- I have achieved High Command rank in every gang which has given me valuable knowledge and experience to manage gang operations and events and make strategies to win. I want to make use of this experience to create an enjoyable and fun environment for my gang members.
- My third reason is to make Vagos an active gang where my members will be interested in doing illegal activities, fighting in ghetto, doing negotiations with leos and most importantly have fun while working together. I believe that with strong leadership, Vagos can become a strong, active and respected gang in the city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First, I will ensure that all members meet the level requirement and know the rules and understands them before joining. And if anyone needs guidance or don't know something, I will make sure they have access to that knowledge and learn it through my leadership.
Second, ranks should not be given out on a whim, they should be earned based on experience and contribution to the gang. I will give ranks to members who demonstrate dedication, participates in events and do activity.
Third, I will make sure that my high command team is active and responsible that supports lower ranked members, provides guidance, does proper recruitment and making sure everyone is following rules.
Fourth, removing inactive members and recruit active ones daily to keep the gang active, so that we will get maximum participants for events.
And lastly, there will be no favouritism in the gang to make sure everyone feels valued to be in the gang.
