    Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
    1.1. When I came to this city I was broke didn't had money to feed and no one was willing to give me jobs even though I was highly educated, but then LSPD gave me hope by taking me in and showing me the lights of hope. Since then I climbed through all the ranking system and gaining the knowledge to lead an organization, LSPD was my home, it was my hope and I want to lead this beautiful organization.

    1.2. LSPD is an very crucial organization in the city which keeps an eye on the city and make the city safe from criminals, but past few terms I haven't seen this at all making citizens life unsafe, but I want to put an end to all of this.

    1.3. As a leader of LSPD I will put an end to corruption & Favoritism so it becomes fair for the officers, Officers who does hard work will be rewarded accordingly not like someone isn't doing enough hard work and he is a friend of the deputy for this reason he will be promoted, I will not tolerate this and make a Strict rule regarding Corruption & Favoritism.


    2. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
    As we all know HRT ( Human Resource & Training), SWAT (Special Weapons & Tactics ), IA (Internal Affair) are the backbone of an organization and they play crucial roles to make a term successful. I will make sure HRT does training properly and makes sure that the officers understood it properly and will make sure HRT is maintain their activity throughout the term. Secondly I will make sure SWAT attends in all of the events as they play a huge role into winning the events. Thirdly I will make sure IA keeps checks on every officers whether their equipment's are working properly or not and whether the officers are working properly they will keep check on that. Last but not the least I will make sure TCD is very active, and does towing actively to keep the city road clean I will make sure there is at least 2 TCD towing Non-Stop.





    3.My approach to improving the organization’s roleplay standards:

    1. Consistent Use of Radio Codes
    2. Building Cross-Organization Relations
    3. Introducing a Quick Response Team
    4. Fair Recruitment and Rank Distribution

    B. Departments Inside Lost Santos Police Department

    1. Lost Santos Traffic Control Department - One of the most important divisions in our organization in LSPD is the Traffic department. Since it is in charge of taking care of the traffic system of the city by putting strict rules for the citizens to follow. And also checking the number plate issues.

    2. Human Resource Department & Training-The human resources department at LSPD is one of the most significant departments within our law enforcement organization. This department must function effectively because it is responsible for hiring the actual units and training them to become the best units they can be.

    3. Internal Affairs Department -To ensure that every unit is performing at their best, this department will carry out regular inspections. For example, these inspections include trunk inspections, background checks, and license checks. In order for our internal units to adhere to the rules and regulations and be good citizens of the city, I intend to make this department both strict and welcoming.

    4. SWAT & K9 - This department will respond to any situation in Los Santos City as fast as possible.

    5. Undercover Unit - This department will work like a shadow, they will roam around the city like a normal citizen to gather precious intel about gangs and smugglings.

Addid is the right person to become the Chief of LSPD. He supported me consistently during my time as an officer and continued to help even after I left the department. Whenever I needed guidance or assistance, he was there without hesitation. There is no doubt about his integrity, leadership, and dedication. Addid stands by his words if he says he will protect the city of Los Santos and keep its citizens safe, he will do everything in his power to make that promise a reality.
