Rejected ID 208 warn appeal

I am making this complaint on Austin Woods because I feel the punishment I was give was false. I want to first state that me and my friend was reported by a cop character that was stating we broke this rule "6.16 During robbery of person, armoured car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be atleast 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob. In case if they did not stop it is considered as "Power Gaming" | Jail 120 min or WARN". We were getting chased by a cop and other fellow cops so I didn't think this rule applied because cops can't rob us and the rule specifically says robbing/rob. This rule should be re-made so others don't get fooled by the misleading words of the rule like I did. Also want to state I was the passenger of the vehicle and I wasn't driving so I really couldn't make the decisions of where the car goes. Thank you for reading this.

Both IDs have been unwarned and unjailed due to the misunderstanding of the rule.
From understanding of the rule any situation of 4 cars, 2 people, the driver needs to pull over.
The rule needs to be reevaluated and revised.
