Hello Admin, I hope you are doing well.
I want to explain what happened with my GR 1.7 punishment. From my heart, I want to say that I did not break this rule at all.
I was trading with another player. The deal was Luminous Trousers + 250k, and in return I was supposed to get a Monowheel. At the last moment, the other player did not put the item in the trade, and I confirmed it by mistake without noticing. Because of this, I got scammed. This was not intentional and it was not my fault.
After scamming me, that player relogged or used a code and ran away. Sadly, I did not have POV at that time. I tried to save an instant replay, but I had recently updated my graphics driver, and because of that my instant replay was turned off.
I want to clearly say that I did not break any rules. I was the victim here. Right after the incident, I went to an admin myself and explained everything honestly. Admin Moe Pluxury came to me and asked for POV, and I told him the truth that I didn’t have it.
One thing I want to say honestly is this: if I had done something wrong, why would I go to the admin myself? If I had intentionally broken rules, I would never report it on my own.
Even after this, I received a 2-month ban, and this has really hurt me.
I have spent more than 1500+ hours on this server. I really love this server. I even bought the original GTA V only to play here. On top of that, I lost 30 million in this scam, and now I am banned too. If this ban stays, all my hard work will be wasted.
I am not happy with this punishment because I am innocent and I never broke any rules on purpose.
I am requesting you sincerely to please understand my situation. I have worked very hard on this server and I don’t want everything to end like this.
Please give me one chance and unban me. I promise I will be more careful in the future and follow all rules properly.
