2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
The majority of my role-playing experience has been in legal organizations, and I have been playing this project for a very long time. I have held the positions of one NG deputy, LSPD deputy and two Gangs deputy. As a deputy for state organizations and gangs, I have accumulated a great deal of experience. I now aim to make my SAHP term the greatest in history and lead a full term of LEO with complete authority.
My goal has always been to lead SAHP or LSPD, and I hope to realize that goal by taking on the role of SAHP leader. Because so many people often violate roleplay, we are all aware that its quality is deteriorating. Because I think everyone should act responsibly in challenging situations, I'm here to elevate the level of roleplay. Perhaps other organisations would notice SAHP's superior roleplaying skills.
I would oversee SAHP with my present group and, if necessary, hire additional people every day. Because I can assemble a solid team to reduce crime in San Andreas, I want to be the leader of SAHP. I would do many patrols around the neighbourhood. I think my composure and inventiveness would make me an excellent SAHP leader. I am aware that being in charge of this organization is difficult and involves many duties, but with my team and my abilities, I know I can manage it.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
In order to keep SAHP operating smoothly, my deputies and I shall continuously keep an eye on every trooper and department.
Weekly promotional ceremonies will be held to increase troops' self-confidence.
To encourage everyone to strive for it, we will select the trooper of the week and award him with a nice trophy.
To ensure that our troops receive the greatest training possible, we will appoint the top HR staff.
