Reviewed Rejected Leader Application for Sahp

Hi Lebron, my application has been rejected again. First Chief Administrator approved my request for SAHP leader, then rejected. (I provide you with evidence). Argument that is provided that my activity is low, which is complete nonsense, because I'm active per day at least 10 hours. Second that I have ingame punishments, as you can check last time that I got punishment was year ago and two weeks ago for PG. In the past, whoever applied for leader, those small rule breaks were ignored and they were invited for examintation. I don't know at this point what chief administration is doing, but I'm asking you to talk to them, since I don't know what is happening at this point. What rule did I break? Why they are rejecting my application second time? What is going on? I'm asking you once again to check my account and my ID that I submited my application and tell me did I break anything or did anything wrongly that I deserved such behaviour? Thank you in advance. Also He deleted his comment where he is accepting me for interveiw and posted this one: Low played hours, and ingame punishments. Before that, he invited me to inverview and approved my application.
