Dear who ever reviews this.
I am not writing this to get any admin in trouble its more a clarification thing. So i posted a forum againts someone for GR 1.3 as they was selling Luminous Wheels 3 container separately for $50,000 and then 2 of the containers for 200k. This seems like it falls under GR 1.3 to me as he is charging 4x the price for 1 additional item. It seems like he is intentionally trying to scam people.
If it isnt GR 1.3 can you please explain to me how, so i can understand it from your guys behalf.
