Hello administrators unfortunately I received a 7-day ban due to GR3.2 I am very sorry for my mistake I dont want to miss this wonderful New Years event I am aware of my mistake please if there is any chance, I would like to ask for help in reducing or lifting my punishment Is there any chance?
