1. At the timestamp 0:03, Suspect ID 184235 committed car ramming.
2. At timestamp 0:10, Prime Suspect ID 192782 performed a shooting without any demands, which constitutes Random Deathmatch (RDM).
3. Between timestamps 0:18 and 0:21, ID 184235 engaged in RDM while I was giving him demands.
4. At timestamps 0:31 to 0:33, both suspects did not shoot each other, indicating possible meta-gaming.

In summary:
- ID 192782 is involved in RDM and Meta-gaming.
- ID 184235 is involved in Car Ramming, RDM, and Meta-gaming.
