As it appears, 137361ID user and their friends are repeatedly sending RDM messages in Turkish, and if a Turkish admin sees and understands this, they threaten them. You'll hear them say, “If you do that to the family chat again, they'll screw you over.” After that, they threaten me, saying, “Tell the family radio what I said.” When I say no and go to the family home, they send me RDMs. I want them to receive the necessary punishment.
