Hello

I was taken for a computer check, and when I was showing my POV to the admin, I got a black screen caused by an NVIDIA bug. Because of this issue, the soft check could not be continued, and as a result, I received a ban.

I would like to ask you to please reconsider my case and reduce or remove the ban, as this issue was caused by a technical problem and not by my fault.
