Hello, I am submitting this appeal regarding the ban I received for allegedly insulting another player OOC in an OOC situation.
I would like to say that I did not accept or acknowledge that the situation had switched to OOC. I was also not aware that my colleague had asked the other player whether they accepted communication in another language. Although that player agreed, I did not hear that question nor the acceptance, and therefore I never agreed to participate in an OOC interaction as seen in video. Because of this, I continued interacting IC and any insults or aggressive behavior were strictly roleplay-based and intended as part of my character, not directed at the player personally or OOC.
At no point was it my intention to offend or insult anyone outside of roleplay. Had I been aware that the situation was considered OOC, I would have immediately adjusted my behavior.
After the ban, my colleague contacted the administrator through his second account to explain the situation on my behalf, clearly stating that I never agreed to use another language and that I did not hear or accept any OOC agreement (another language). Unfortunately, the administrator responded in a dismissive and arrogant manner, stating that the punishment would not be removed and that he had not made a mistake, without properly considering the explanation provided.
I respectfully ask for this ban to be reconsidered, as it resulted from a misunderstanding and lack of clear communication rather than intentional rule-breaking.
