hello,
i was banned due to putting link on the prime chat but it was not intentional at all.
i was giving family discord to my family member but due to last conversation i did on prime chat for a 1v1 in arena, i mistakenly typed and sent the discord link in the prime chat.
i apologise for this and it won't happen again.
i didn't had prime chat access previously because i didn't had prime platinum due to that memory i did the thing very fast. 30 days ban is too much for me and i don't wanna loose my business and house because of this mistake.
