Approved Mass rule brake | 438668, 489791, 517053

[Steezy]

I saw a person was shooting at my FIB unit, so i had to nutralise him down, when i was going to arrest him , his friend started shooting and MK'ed the cuffed guy. later when we nutralised the rule braker, we tried to arrest him instead and once again his friends showed up and started doing CR to me till i am dead. There are tons of rule brake, so i will just put it in timestamps bellow.

Timestamps:

0:06 - RDM, Shooting in city.
1:20 - id- 438668 Mixing saying "Nice metagaming" in a active RP sit.
1:35 - His friend id-489791 does CR
1:58 - id-489791 mk's the cuffed guy
3:30 - id-438668 comes back braking NLR, starts doing VDM
3:45 - id-517053 does CR too.
3:45 - and 438668 starts shooting me RDM.
4:16 - VDM
