i was killed near Postal then this guy did GR 6.8 which is (6.8 It is restricted to do any amoral actions in relation to an unconscious person(e.g. spitting, sexual animations and etc) | BAN 3-7 days ) i understand admin may have been confused about eather if that person was alrdy doing emote and i died later but no further in this video at 1:43 he did that again so that was clear he did rule break but admin Ronan Bale refuse to punish him and ask me to upload on forum i would like to say one thing also sir every time when ever we are in any situation admin will come and they will see full situation still they will refuse and ask use to save POV if we wanted to put forum why do we even ask for admin at that exact moment pls check this situation

when an admin requests to fill a complaint, the reason is they have missed the incident or cannot decide according what they have only been able to witness, fill a complaint properly for the admin to review!
