2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1- I have serve 3 terms in Sahp were i was cos in Sahp of Highway Patrol in Haris Kingss Term and was HOD in Sunil Tuptenda term So I have Built a Strong Background, This Will be My Second Org To Lead I have That Leadership Qualities, Now I am Fully Ready To Serve A Lspd Term As A Leader.
2.2- I decided to Lead the SAHP because By utilizing my leadership skills in the SAHP, we can foster engaging scenarios that make our city appear more vibrant and thriving, benefiting everyone in Sahp. Eager to create an excellent team where I will set certain standards for joining the organization; if I notice any toxicity, favoritism, or abuse of power among HC, I will demote them immediately, as I do not want such behavior in my organization
2.3-I aim to develop a zero-corruption, high-efficiency SAHP elite force that emphasizes professional RP, genuine structure, and mutual respect among ranks. Every officer under my command will have a role and a career trajectory.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1- I do think newcomers and trainees deserve support. I am going to make a team that is capable and experienced enough to recruit and then train the new coming employees. I am going to choose my HR team very meticulously so they could train everyone properly. I believe that the HR department is an essential part of any organization, and I am part of this HR department myself, and I have been linked for such a long time. professionalism within the Organization: I am going to make sure my staff behaves professionally with every citizen and state employee. I am going to try to arrange numerous events to motivate my employees about SAHP. I am going to explain the duties of that department to the people who are expert in it. by giving generous bonuses, I will uplift the spirits of devoted employees present in my organization, making them think that my organization belongs to them, too. This will motivate all the staff present in my organization. I'm going to try my best to make everyone use the right roleplay commands in order to enhance RP. I'm going to try teaching every newcomer how to use proper Roleplay commands. As My Goal I will make Sahp Way Better than other orgs
3.2- The most important Thing a Org Need is a Good Relations With Public For This Thing I have a PR Team With a Well Experienced Cos So He will manage events with PR We Are Planning Events To do and planned Most Of Them Are planned Already.
Departments:
Human Resources: They will be specialized in hiring and training the new commers.
Internal Affairs: Division that investigates incidents and possible suspicions of criminals In Org.
CID : The team will cover evidences by going undercover against gangs so that a casefile full of evidence can be made to raid the gang HQ
PR (Public Relations): They will help me do some events to maintain good relationship with the citizens.
Special Weapons and Tactics(S.W.A.T): Swat will responsible for handling the most dangerous and high-risk situations within the state.
Highway Patrol: Monitoring speed limits, Leading pursuits on highways, Securing accident scenes, managing traffic flow, Removing abandoned or illegally parked vehicles that obstruct traffic flow.
