Rejected Ban for mixing| Harvey Spector

Hi,
This administrator - Harvey Spector sent me in jail for 3 hours because of this complaint posted by the player Phani Garcia (Thread 121040) accusing me of mixing, however if you watch the video, I am clearly telling to the player "OOC speaking" and warning the player about the game and ban, then continuing RP situation. Administrator had no grounds to punish me. Please see the thread below. As my time was wasted I demand in game cash refund for 200,000$ or 15 grand coins.

I did not leave the game, server has crashed after I was shot. You know better than me how many times a day server crashes without any reason. Check my logs and u will see it. its servers problem and not mine. While I am paying money for the game at least you should ensure safe gameplay and good experience not having me in jail for 3 hours for the server issue.

Go event viewer on ur pc and post crash logs Thats the best thing
