Moreover, I'm a bounty hunter. I haven't RDM ed anyone.Also since I dont do RDM, I should be able to hunt for bounty anywhere outside the green zone. Plus I dont participate in any events.

Hi, bounty hunting does not give you permission to kill players near an event zone.
Moreover You were in an Unoffical event area and you are in Unoffical family its doesn't mean you participate or not , and just because the POV does not show your ID does not mean it is invalid. Rest is for Higher Ups.

I understand that. However, you shouldn't accept a 17-second perspective; it needs to be at least a minute long.

admin have right to accept pov same as have right to deny pov if he does not understand from provided pov whole situation, in ur case 17 was enougth for admin to see violation of event rules 1.2

perfectly correcect response by admin, bh can kill anywhere besides green zone - nothing worng of this answer, and EVent rules 1.2 is not related to place of kiling is related to TIME when bounty hunter can not kill same as anone else as this is described in event rules 1.2 even if location is red zone it will still fall uder 1.2 in relation to time of kill
