2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

- I have strong leadership skills and thrive to be an accountable person in game and IRL. My goal for the Families is to create an organized and respected gang, who's name is well known and feared from the slums of Los Santos to the outskirts of Blaine county. In doing so I seek to uplift every future and current member by supporting a greater Role Play experience and creating a place where everyone can enjoy the game and contribute their strengths.
- I enjoy the social aspect of not only the server but particularly the gangs, I would like to further develop my network and the network of gang members as well. I invest a lot of time in this server and want to make sure I leave a positive and meaningful impact as the server has positively impacted me.
- I want to see the Families on top again, with active recruits and OGs, who compete strategically and operate under a structured leadership who is fair and approachable. My vision for the Families is to be active and impactful in all gang activity's, including server side events and organic gang Role Play.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization
- I believe as a potential future leader of the Families that leadership can make or break the experience, that being said a strong and knowledgeable leadership ( myself and future high commands) can take the Role Play experience to the next level by making clear and concise decisions that follow all rules and respect other players from recruits to high command. All high command would be vetted and held accountable for their actions as a lead position and expected to help, guide and be there for lower ranked members.
- Actively recruiting new members to maintain active gang population is another important point. Some potential future members might not know everything but that's okay because as Leader I would take it as my responsibility to share knowledge and wisdom for the benefit of a greater Role Play experience.
- Another topic to enhance Role Play would be to ensure a 0 toxicity environment where every player can feel comfortable and valued in the roll that they play within the Families.
- Earning ranks will be a requirement, you can do so by being active and reliable to the Families. With High Command roles reserved for English fluent and mature players only. Ranks will be earned as there will be no room for favoritism in this organization. These values will go unshaken.
The Families mission is to establish a disciplined, organized and respected gang led by accountable leadership, when achieved the Families will have a lasting legacy across the server and Los Santos.
