2. Why do you want to lead this organization?
1- My main goal is to make the National Guard an organized and disciplined team. The National Guard will be run in a manner by me and the people, in charge and we will make sure everyone treats each other with respect. If someone disrespects the National Guard or causes trouble the National Guard will take action against them.
2- Another major goal is to keep our city and state safe. We do not want criminal groups and bandits to scare people or do things without getting in trouble. The safety of our city and state is very important. No matter where these criminal groups and bandits hide the safety of our city and state will be protected because justice will find them and they will face the consequences for what they have done to our city and state.
3- the National Guard will stand for unity and stability. The National Guard will do this by encouraging people to work and respect each other. We want the National Guard to help everyone get along and have relationships. This way the National Guard can prevent fights and arguments, between groups and the National Guard can keep the peace.
3. Your suggestions to improve RolePlay within the organization
All training sessions will be conducted according to the server rules and RolePlay standards. Strengthening teamwork and loyalty among soldiers will be a top priority. To keep motivation high, rewards and bonuses will be given regularly. With experienced members around me and proper leadership, activity levels will remain high, and many players will be eager to join the National Guard.
