Why do you want to become a Gang Leader?
I want to become a gang leader because I have extensive experience on both sides of the city — legal and illegal. Having served in EMS, LSPD, NG, LI, and Government as a Director, I understand structure, leadership, discipline, and consequences. My time in Marabunta and Ballas gave me hands-on street experience, understanding turf control, loyalty, internal conflict, and survival in high-pressure situations. I believe I can lead a gang in a realistic, organized, and engaging way that benefits RP for everyone involved.
What makes you a good leader?
I’m calm under pressure, decisive, and organized. I know how to manage people, resolve internal issues before they escalate, and keep members motivated and loyal. I don’t lead with ego — I lead with respect and structure. I understand that a strong gang isn’t about chaos, but about unity, planning, and reputation.
Leadership Style
My leadership style is structured but fair. I believe in clear ranks, responsibilities, and consequences. Loyalty and respect come first, but I also encourage communication and teamwork. Everyone has a role, and everyone matters as long as they contribute and follow the rules.
How will you contribute to server RP?
I aim to create consistent, story-driven RP involving turf wars, alliances, conflicts, investigations, and long-term storylines rather than random violence. I want to ensure interactions with civilians, other gangs, and law enforcement are meaningful, balanced, and enjoyable for all parties.
Are you familiar with server rules and gang guidelines?
Yes. I understand gang rules, roleplay standards, and the importance of fair and realistic RP. I respect staff decisions and server expectations.
