Dear GrandRP Team,
dear Fabian Grace,
I would like to address my permanent ban and respectfully request a re-evaluation of my case.
Player Information:
ID: 251021
Name: Jonas Garcia
Issuing Administrator: Paul_Flair
Time of ban: approximately 12:00 AM on 20/09/2025
I was inactive for a longer period of time and therefore did not submit an unban request earlier. I am now reaching out respectfully, as GrandRP and playing together with my friends are very important to me. I hope to be given a second chance and would also like to wish you a good start to the new year.
I would like to clearly state that during my entire time on GrandRP, I have never used cheats. The ban occurred during a PC check, which was marked as “positive” by the PC checkers because allegedly too few processes or services were running on my system.
I would like to explain this situation:
At the time, I was using Windows 10 Pro for Workstations. This version of Windows is specifically designed for high-performance systems and automatically optimizes processes to ensure stable performance. As a result, fewer background processes are intentionally running, which helps to prevent lag in games or during resource-intensive applications such as 3D rendering or video editing.
I would also like to mention that I no longer use this setup and have completely reset my PC specifically so that I can play again. This should demonstrate that I am doing everything possible to be allowed back on the server.
I kindly ask you to take the time to carefully read my statement so that you can fully understand my situation. If you were in my position and I were in yours, I believe you would also consider granting a second chance.
During the PC check, I attempted to explain that I was using a different Windows version, but unfortunately this was not taken into account or was misunderstood. As a result, I was directly banned by Rafael Promillo for “PC check positive.” Since then, I have changed everything.
I am convinced that this ban was based on a misunderstanding and that I did not violate any rules. I therefore respectfully ask you to review my case once again.
If a full unban is not possible, I kindly request at least a one-time opportunity to enter the server in order to hand over my items to an old friend, as I still owe him something.
I am aware that I have no entitlement to an unban, but I sincerely hope for your understanding and a fair reassessment of my case. GrandRP means fun, friendships, and shared experiences to me, and I would very much like to return.
Thank you very much for your time and for reading my message.
Kind regards,
Jonas Garcia
