Dear Support Team,
I hope you're doing well. I just wanted to reach out to clear up a misunderstanding that occurred with my account (ID: 20214). I wasn’t asking to buy the Battle Pass or anything of that sort. My intention was simply to ask for help with a mission since none of my friends were online at the time. I believe my request may have been misunderstood, and I wanted to clarify that I never meant anything bad or to break any rules.I understand the importance of not buying or trading in-game currency with real money, and I want to assure you that this was never my intention. I’ve been enjoying the game because I love it, and I just want to continue having fun and following the rules.
If there needs to be any action taken, whether it's removing some in-game currency or another decision, I am open to whatever is necessary. However, I’ve worked really hard to earn everything I have in the game, and I would really appreciate not losing it over something that was unintentional.
I would be extremely grateful if I could get my account back so I can continue playing with my friends and have fun in the game again.
